Writing, for me, has always been a way to share my voice without fearing that it would get drowned out or lost in the midst of our world. When I write, I can paint fantasies of happily-ever-afters, or haunting sights. I can weave a broken characters into beautiful stories and an abandoned hearts into flourishing tales. I become lost in the places I create, and I can escape from reality. Writing ignites a special happiness within me that I hope to share with the world.

of a clock
seated next to the screen
beholding raw tales
from my heart
and raw dreams
that I long to share with you.
These stories
woven together by the endless clicking
and tapping of the keyboard
under the light
of the dimly lit lamps
are the stories
that I give to you.
